Paul W. Thomas graduated from the University of Florida in 1984 and received his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in December of 1987. He became a member of the California Bar in 1988. With over 20 years of experience in securities and commodities matters, Mr. Thomas has a proven track record of success in obtaining settlements and arbitration awards.
